By accessing and using the OathboundMC store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Virtual Goods

All purchases made through this store are for virtual goods and services within the OathboundMC Minecraft server. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate Minecraft username information
• Ensuring you have access to the account receiving purchased items
• Any activity that occurs under your account

We are not responsible for purchases made to incorrect usernames due to user error.

4. Delivery

Purchased items are typically delivered instantly upon successful payment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your items within 24 hours, please contact us on Discord.

5. Server Rules

All purchases are subject to our server rules. Violation of server rules may result in suspension or ban from the server without compensation for purchased items.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, nerf, buff, or remove any virtual items or features at any time for game balance, technical reasons, or any other purpose. Such changes do not entitle you to any refund.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all OathboundMC services. Please contact us on Discord if you have any payment issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

OathboundMC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, server downtime, or data loss.
