NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases made through the OathboundMC store under any circumstances.
Policy Details
By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are final - Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged.
- Virtual goods are delivered instantly - Upon successful payment, virtual items are immediately added to your account.
- No exceptions will be made - This includes accidental purchases, change of mind, account issues, bans, or any other reason.
- Username errors are your responsibility - Double-check your Minecraft username before purchasing. We cannot transfer items to a different account.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in:
- Immediate and permanent ban from all OathboundMC services
- Removal of all purchased items and ranks
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Potential legal action for fraud
Delivery Issues
If you experience issues with delivery of your purchased items (not received within 24 hours), please contact us on Discord. We will investigate and resolve legitimate delivery issues, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Server Bans
If you are banned from OathboundMC for violating server rules, you are not entitled to any refund for previously purchased items. Following server rules is your responsibility.
